Greifswald (dpa/mv) – The people of Greifswald are called upon to discuss urban development. From September 11th to 23rd there will be so-called “democratic tables” again – citizens should come together there to discuss the topic of citizen participation, as the city announced on Thursday.
Next Tuesday, six meetings on the subject of sustainability will take place around the Greifswald market square with the participation of the city administration. It is about mobility in the city, insect protection or fair trade.
The results of the “Democratic” are passed on to the responsible authorities in administration and politics. The events are initiated by the Partnership for Democracy initiative. Interested parties can find the location and time of the individual meetings on the initiative’s website.
