Rostock (dpa/mv) – Bundesliga soccer team FC Hansa Rostock will start preparing for the new season on June 8th. The club announced on Wednesday. Diagnostic and performance tests are carried out on the first three days. The team travels to Austria from June 24th to July 3rd for the summer training camp. Test matches are currently being planned.

This is followed by a comparison with the league club Anker Wismar on July 7 (6:00 p.m.). Two days later (9 July, 2:00 p.m.) the dress rehearsal against the Danish first division club Brondby IF takes place in the Ostseestadion. The second division season begins the weekend of July 15-17.

The new team will be presented to the public for the first time on June 11 at the Fan and Family Day (11 a.m. to 2 p.m.). At 3:00 p.m., the professional team will play against a selection of players from the Hanseatic city and the district of Rostock in the Ostseestadion.
