Mönchengladbach (dpa / lnw) – Borussia Mönchengladbach has given youth player Yvandro Borges Sanches a professional contract. “Yvandro has made a great development and has matured with us to become a national player in Luxembourg. He is incredibly talented, fast and strong in one-on-ones,” said Gladbach’s sporting director Roland Virkus, according to the club’s announcement on Wednesday.
The Bundesliga club from the Lower Rhine did not provide any information on how long the contract of the 18-year-old attacking midfielder would last. Last season, Borges Sanches was mainly used in the A-Youth, he is still waiting for his first professional game at Borussia.
