The organizer drew its half-yearly balance last week: Compared to the pre-pandemic year 2019, only 25,000 tickets were sold in the first half of 2022 instead of 44,000. Director Ursula Haselböck nevertheless remained optimistic: “So far we have seen the 2022 festival summer as a successful new beginning after the restrictions of the past.”
