The Navarra Police are investigating an alleged sexual assault that occurred early Monday morning on Mount Ezkaba. A woman has denounced having been a victim of chemical submission and a man has been arrested for the events.
Provincial police sources confirmed to Efe that the woman said she had suffered a sexual assault under the influence of some substance that annulled her will.
According to Noticias de Navarra, the woman was wearing bridles or handcuffs and managed to escape and ask for help. The agents would have taken her to the University Hospital of Navarra to undergo an examination and sample collection.
The agents arrested a man shortly after as the alleged perpetrator of the events and it is expected that he will go to court in the next few hours.
