Wuppertal (dpa / lnw) – A 46-year-old from Wuppertal has been on trial since Monday for serious rape, forced prostitution, pimping and drug trafficking. The accused is said to have raped a 19-year-old and forced her to work as a prostitute. At the start of the trial, he did not comment on the allegations, said a spokesman for the district court.
The 46-year-old is said to have held a gun to the head of the young woman in March 2017 and threatened to kill her if she did not prostitute herself. For two weeks she prostituted herself out of fear of the man.
The 46-year-old is said to have instructed her to sell the clients cocaine. The prosecutor also accuses him of having traded a kilogram of marijuana. The court has set a three-day trial for the case.
