Dinslaken (dpa / lnw) – A sleeping homeless person was robbed in Dinslaken on the Lower Rhine. As a result, he lost his backpack, his ID card, his insurance card, money, his insulating mat and his smartphone, the police said on Thursday. The crime happened on Wednesday night when the 48-year-old slept on the stairs of a bank. The homeless man realized his valuables had been stolen when he woke up.
