Aachen (dpa / lnw) – After a traffic accident with a life-threateningly injured pedestrian in Aachen, a second arrest warrant has been issued. This was announced by the police and the public prosecutor’s office on Thursday. In the accident in the early morning of February 12, a 26-year-old pedestrian was critically injured when crossing a street. The likely driver of the car is a 30-year-old woman in custody for attempted murder. The alleged passenger is accused of attempted murder and aiding and abetting the escape.
The arrest warrant against the 32-year-old from Eschweiler had been issued, but the execution had been suspended subject to conditions, the public prosecutor said. Police are asking witnesses to come forward.
