Mönchengladbach (dpa / lnw) – A 62-year-old driver was seriously injured in an accident in Mönchengladbach-Rheydt. According to witnesses, the man is said to have crossed the intersection in his car when it was red on Sunday, the police said early Monday morning. He collided with the car of a 39-year-old. The man was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. The 39-year-old was unharmed, police said.
