Harsewinkel (dpa / lnw) – Three people were seriously injured in a car accident at an intersection in Harsewinkel (Gütersloh district). The car of a 21-year-old and his 18-year-old passenger collided with the car of a 60-year-old on Sunday, the Gütersloh police said early Monday morning. The strong impact threw the 18-year-old’s vehicle off the road, crashed through a fence and ended up on its side in a meadow. The three seriously injured were taken to the hospital. The police initially gave no information about the cause of the accident.
