Dortmund (dpa / lnw) – A person died in a traffic accident in Dortmund. On Tuesday night, the person got off the road with their car in a right-hand bend and hit a tree, the fire department said. First responders freed the person from their car before the emergency services arrived. She was treated by paramedics, but died at the scene of the accident from her injuries. For the time being, the police could not provide any further information on the identity of the accident victim. The car caught fire in the accident, which was extinguished by the fire department.
