Bonn (dpa / lnw) – In a snack bar on Bonn’s market square, a man was injured on Tuesday by a deflagration. The man working at the currywurst stand suffered burns on his face and upper body, said a fire department spokesman in Bonn. He was responsive and was taken to hospital with moderate injuries. The cause of the accident was a technical defect in a gas cooker. Other people were not injured. “We were lucky there,” said the spokesman. There are many food stalls on the lively market square in the center of Bonn. The accident happened around 10:45 a.m.
