Düsseldorf (dpa / lnw) – The German Trade Union Confederation (DGB) is presenting a study on collective bargaining in North Rhine-Westphalia today (10 a.m.) in Düsseldorf. The Economic and Social Science Institute of the Hans Böckler Foundation has examined how collective bargaining has developed in North Rhine-Westphalia in recent years and how firmly it is still anchored in the individual sectors. It should also be about differences in salary and working hours in companies with and without tariffs.

Collective bargaining coverage has fallen sharply nationwide and statewide in recent decades. The DGB also wants to derive demands on the future state government in North Rhine-Westphalia from the current inventory.
