Hamm (dpa / lnw) – The police arrested a man in Hamm who is said to have attacked his neighbor with a knife. The 62-year-old had visited the victim on Friday morning in his apartment and “suddenly” attacked him with a kitchen knife, as the police and prosecutors announced in the evening. The 56-year-old victim was able to dodge and reportedly suffered only minor, superficial injuries. The police arrested the attacker, who lived in the same house. Due to his mental state, an investigating judge ordered placement in a psychiatric ward.
