Essen (dpa / lnw) – Tuesday starts cloudy and partly rainy in NRW. In the course of the day, however, the sky clears up, and the sun should also appear from time to time, as the German Weather Service (DWD) announced. There is also a moderate wind, especially in the north there can be gusts. The maximum temperatures are between 16 and 19 degrees, at higher altitudes between 13 and 15 degrees.
In the night to Wednesday it should stay mostly dry, on Wednesday morning it can rain between Eifel and Sauerland. Temperatures drop to 12 to 6 degrees. Wednesday also starts cloudy and rainy in the south. According to the DWD, however, it later loosens up and it remains mostly dry. The temperatures rise to up to 21 degrees, in the higher mountains to about 15 degrees.
According to the DWD, this trend will continue on Thursday. After initial fog, clouds and local showers, it will be clear to cloudy and mostly rain-free over the course of the day. The temperatures are a maximum of 22 degrees, in the mountains around 16 degrees.
