Plauen (dpa/sn) – A lost wheel caused several accidents on the Autobahn 72 near Plauen near Weischnitz on Thursday afternoon. As the police announced on Friday, the rear left wheel of a mobile home came loose. A truck ran over the tire and dragged it along. The police secured the scene of the accident with a sign van. Shortly thereafter, according to the information, an 83-year-old drove his car into the sign car. The driver was not injured. There was property damage of 1,500 euros to the truck and the impact of the car caused damage of 44,000 euros.
