Halle (dpa/sa) – The investigating judge at the Halle district court has rejected the arrest warrant application against a 25-year-old for manslaughter. According to the current status of the investigation, it looks like self-defense, a spokesman for the public prosecutor’s office in Halle said on Thursday. Accordingly, there is “no urgent suspicion”. According to the information, it is assumed that the dead man attacked the injured man first.
