Halle (dpa/sa) – An unknown person threw a firecracker at a meeting of the SPD city council faction in Halle. During a break on Thursday evening, the man “threw an ignited pyrotechnic object into the building” through an open window, the police said on Friday. Nobody got hurt. According to the police, there was no detonation.
The session then continued under police protection. According to the police, there is currently no evidence of political action in the crime. The police are investigating.
