Schönebeck (dpa/sa) – A 74-year-old driver lost control of his vehicle while overtaking on the A14 near Schönebeck (Salzlandkreis) and collided with a car. Its 74 and 72-year-old occupants were seriously injured on Sunday morning and the person who caused the accident was slightly injured, the police said. The autobahn had to be closed between the Schönebeck junction and the Dreihöhenberg car park in the direction of Dresden.
