Mülsen (dpa / sn) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured in an accident in the Zwickau district. The 63-year-old collided with his motorcycle in Mülsen on Monday evening when trying to overtake an oncoming car, the police said. As a result of the impact, the motorcycle skidded several meters over the asphalt and ended up burning in a field. The man was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. The 44-year-old driver and another inmate were slightly injured by flying glass splinters. According to police estimates, the property damage amounts to around 15,500 euros.
