The 16-year-old teenager was arrested after the fatal stabbing as the alleged perpetrator of the attack and remained in a closed regime for six months until, in the spring, he was released under surveillance and transferred to Ceuta, where he has relatives.
After being transferred to the other side of the Strait to appear before the Court in charge of investigating the case, where he had been summoned on Thursday of last week, the boy fled and returned to the autonomous city, where the order has materialized. of search and arrest issued against him.
