Four new celebrities arrive at Pasapalabra from December 12 to 14. Its objective is to help the contestants add seconds to their boxes for the final test of El Rosco, where the jackpot already exceeds 1.2 million euros, in addition to making the most of their good humor. The quartet that arrives on the Antena 3 set has experience in the program presented by Roberto Leal. These are Hugo Salazar, Valeria Ros, Paula Prendes and Fernando Ramos. Let’s get to know this latest guest a little better.
It can be said that Fernando Ramos is a very complete television animal. Born in Malaga at the end of the 70s, he graduated in Business Studies in 1993, although he soon chose to enter the media as a screenwriter. One of his first jobs was at a local station on the Cope network, participating in Carlos Herrera’s ‘The Mornings’.
He has always considered himself more of a comedian than a presenter, perhaps because he was a finalist in The Comedy Club. However, Ramos’ fame came almost suddenly in 2000 when he first stood in front of the cameras as a contributor to Crónicas Marcianas (Telecinco). For two years Ramos was in charge of offering the main heart news on Xavier Sardá’s program with a hooligan and fun style. In fact, his visit to Pasapalabra coincides with the ‘return’ of Crónicas Marcianas to Telecinco this Tuesday, December 12, with Ramos’ presence included.
Already a recognizable television face, Fernando Ramos left Crónicas Marcianas to embark on another benchmark program on the national grid: At your side, with Emma García as presenter. He once again hit the nail on the head when it came to reviewing the social chronicle. Although his presence in the show could be described as successful, the truth is that the presenter decided to leave the program to face other challenges.
In 2006, he collaborated for a few months on Channel No. 4 (Cuatro) to present a section with the best moments in the history of television. Later she returned to writing scripts, this time for Spanish Television and Spanish National Radio, although in 2015 she returned to the front line to collaborate with Mariló Montero on TVE’s La Mañana with a zapping section.
Since then, Fernando Ramos has opted for a more discreet profile. For more than a decade he has participated in the different RTVE sports spaces. In fact, he is currently part of the Estudio Estadio team where he channels his great love for sports.
