The Civil Guard investigates in Badajoz a Portuguese citizen who drove a truck in a reckless way and refused to perform alcohol and drug tests.
He is challenged a crime against road safety, according to the Civil Guard itself in a statement.

The driver faces prison sentences from three to six months, a fine from six to twelve months or work for the benefit of the community from 31 to 90 days.
And in any case he will not be able to drive motor vehicles and cyclomotors in a period of one to four years.
