The leader of the popular, Pablo Married, will not finally appear to appear in Congress to declare in the Commission that investigates the alleged Espionage of the PP to whom it was his former Treasurer Luis Bárcenas in an attempt to cover the corruptelas of the party.
Married has been exempted by decision of the Socialists, who have chosen to exclude it from the list of names that will be called to declare in that commission.
The PSOE thus distances itself from its parliamentary partners -unidas we can and ERC- and Junts, who do advocate to force the leader of the first opposition match to appear in Congress.
Parliamentary groups have submitted today, before 2:00 pm, their respective listings of appeals that will be voted next Tuesday at the Kitchen Commission.
Married will be exempt thanks at least the votes of PSOE and PP.
They will have to go back to the Commission former Secretary General of the PP and former Minister of Defense, María Dolores de Cospedal, and the former Minister of the Interior Jorge Fernández Díaz.
The former president of the Mariano Rajoy government that, predictably, will be the last to go to the Commission.
In addition, the current Justice Counselor of the Community of Madrid, Enrique López, will be cited, who contacted the former treasurer Luis Bárcenas, when he was already in prison, with the PP lawyers;
The former director of the Soto Prison of Real José Luis Argenta, and the Isidro Sánchez Suárez Prisoner, a companion of Bárcenas in the Penitentiary Center.
Socialists have included in their list of these last two names because they suspect that Bárcenas was also spied in bar at jail.
