The Father who had disappeared with his two German sons and was searched on the island of Tenerife has been arrested on Tuesday in Caldas da Rainha, a Portuguese municipality that is located just under 100 kilometers from Lisbon, as confirmed to Europe Press Sources
Police.
The detention has occurred first time of day, after this father, of Albanian origin, but resident in Germany, traveled to Tenerife with his two children in December 2020. His partner filed a civil complaint in the German country
In January 2021, although at no time, sources of the case point, there was a search warrant for minor subtraction.
Before this complaint, in the month of May the Santa Cruz de Tenerife Instruction Court called him to appear with the minors, a fact that occurred in June and was then when judgment was given and gave him 10 days to give
Children to their partner, time that expired on June 21.
However, the detainee traveled to Lisbon before June 21.
Thus, because he did not know the whereabouts of her children, the mother came to Spain to file a complaint for mistreatment, while the court urged the National Police to investigate the case in the month of August.
Once Spanish agents discover that man is in Portugal, the cooperation of the Portuguese authorities is requested, culminating the investigation with the arrest of the Father of Minors.
