Horsmar (dpa/th) – A driver died in a collision with a trailer truck on the B247 in the Unstrut-Hainich district. The 51-year-old came into oncoming traffic between the Horsmar and Lengefelder Warte junctions on Wednesday morning for reasons that have not yet been clarified, the police said. The man died at the scene of the accident. The driver of the semitrailer was slightly injured. The accident also resulted in significant property damage.
