Erfurt (dpa/th) – A trade fair in Erfurt at the beginning of October deals with the topics of building, modernization and decoration. In view of the sharp rise in construction prices, home builders can find out about the offers from numerous exhibitors from November 4th to 6th, as announced by Messe Erfurt GmbH. The Haus.Bau.Ambiente trade fair is experiencing its 21st edition in the Thuringian state capital.
This year it is coupled with the artthuer – the Thuringia art fair, which is organized by the Association of Visual Artists of the Free State. It is considered the most important platform for contemporary fine arts in Thuringia and offers the opportunity to talk to more than 150 artists and to buy art.
At the construction fair, in addition to the classic solid, prefabricated and wooden houses, very small houses – so-called tiny houses – were presented for the first time. Due to the spatial limitations, they offer a completely new living concept.
According to the trade fair company, Erfurt is the second largest trade fair location in the eastern German states after Leipzig. There are more than 220 events, congresses and conferences, trade fairs, exhibitions and concerts every year.
