Rudolstadt (dpa/th) – A historic altar in a church in Rudolstadt (Saalfeld-Rudolstadt) burned on Monday. Numerous fire brigade forces were deployed in the Volkstedt district, the police said on Tuesday. The cause of the fire was initially unclear, and there was also no information on the extent of the damage.
