In the attacks, high-tension lines in several locations have been damaged, which will not be repaired until hostilities in the area cease, the Russian general noted.
The governor has not specified whether the attackers are Russian fighters who make up the volunteer battalions and who have already attacked Belgorod in the past with the support of Ukrainian artillery.
