Harry Styles has teamed up with Disney for an exciting collaboration that brings a fresh twist to the classic film “Fantasia” from the 1940s through his lifestyle brand, Pleasing.
The partnership will introduce a range of products including apparel, accessories, nail polish, and skincare inspired by the quirky characters from the beloved movie. The collection will be available internationally starting from October 4th on pleasing.com and disneystore.com. Before the official launch, a pre-launch event will be held from September 28th at select Disney stores and Pleasing pop-ups, such as Disney Springs in Orlando, Florida, and Houston Galleria in Houston.
Last year, Pleasing appointed Shaun Kearney as its first CEO to expand the brand’s reach and appeal to a wider audience beyond Harry Styles’ fan base. Kearney emphasized the importance of personalized experiences for customers and the brand’s focus on adapting to market trends and consumer feedback.
Fragrance is a rapidly growing category for Pleasing, and Kearney is dedicated to expanding it further within the brand’s portfolio. The Disney Fantasia x Pleasing collaboration will feature three nail polish sets, a new flavor of the Big Lip HA Moisture Balm and Buttercream, 15 pieces of apparel ranging from hoodies to sweatpants, and accessories like tote bags, socks, towels, and journals. These products will showcase iconic Disney characters and scenes from the film, such as Sorcerer Mickey and Hyacinth Hippo in a tutu.
Tasia Filippatos, president of Disney Consumer Products, expressed her excitement about the collaboration, stating that they aim to offer innovative Disney products across various categories to cater to a wide range of consumers.
Pleasing’s creative director, Harry Lambert, shared his inspiration behind the collaboration, highlighting the similarities between the aesthetics, mood, and musical influences of “Fantasia” and Pleasing’s brand identity. The collection will offer a diverse range of products with prices ranging from $25 to $289.
