Survivors 2023 experienced a new expulsion on Sunday, April 23, at Playa de los Olvidados. As in previous weeks, the last person to arrive at the place became the one chosen to leave the Telecinco ‘reality’ permanently. Arelys Ramos, who had said goodbye to the Palapa three days before, had to head to Spain.

Ion Aramendi connected with the inhabitants of said location. The presenter announced that the viewers of the program had decided that Yulen Pereira’s mother should leave Honduras. She was together with Jaime Nava and Artùr Dainese, who were saved once again.

The contestant commented after hearing her name: “I knew it, I already told you. See you outside, guys. Hold on long enough.” She said goodbye to them with kisses and a dance. “Come on, my Cubanita!” Nava exclaimed to encourage her.

The host of Survivors: Honduras Connection asked Ramos how he felt. She shared: “Man, obviously I would have liked to stay, but I knew that they have been here a long time and it was difficult. They have made a good tandem and I think they are going to go far. But hey, I am proud of where I have arrived. What Am I going to do it? I would have liked to stay longer, but it hasn’t been possible. Well, that’s it, I’m going back to Madrid, nothing happens”.

The Basque added: “In any case, I congratulate you. You have been a great survivor, congratulations. But your adventure ends here, so take your bag, get on the boat and see you in Spain”.

Arelys gathered her belongings to leave the beach and say goodbye to the competition. She is the fifth expelled from the edition, after Sergio Garrido, Gabriela Arrocet, Raquel Mosquera and Katerina Safarova.

One of the topics that they addressed in Survivors: Honduras Connection on Sunday, April 23, was a meeting between Katerina Safarova and Yulen Pereira. The program showed images that both had shared on social networks. She, who had been expelled from the ‘reality’ a week before, explained that they had eaten at her house.

“We have met flying from Honduras to here. I got along very well with his mother and we have talked a lot about her,” he declared on the set. In addition, she indicated that in one of the videos she had published she called Arelys Ramos’s son “big brother”, pointing out that there is only a friendship between them.
