“Thank you infinitely for your Smile, your Companionship, your Strength and your Art, your Unconditional Love and your Mastery.” Words that capture the emotional public farewell of actor Oskar Salcedo to his partner, Daniela Costa. The actress died on Thursday at the age of 42 and her widower, with whom she has a son in common, wanted to share on Instagram a text of tribute to her and of gratitude to their friends and followers.
“The Love of my life!!”, begins Oskar Salcedo’s farewell, who dedicates very affectionate words to the interpreter. “My dear companion and mother of our son left us yesterday on this physical plane, to unite with God and the Universe, resting in Peace!!!” In pain, the actor confesses that he is “grateful to life for everything he has experienced and learned.”
In addition to also thanking those who have expressed their condolences, Oskar Salcedo asks them to keep in their memory “the most beautiful moments that you have experienced with her, personally or from the television or cinema screen.” In nine photographs that make up the actress’s face, her partner defines her as “the largest and most impressive human being I have ever met.”
Oskar Salcedo’s message closes with a personal Our Father: “Make us feel the soul of the earth within us, because, in this way, we will feel the wisdom that exists in everything (…) Do not let us fall into oblivion that you are the power and glory of the world, the song that is renewed from time to time and that beautifies everything. Before mentioning the place and time where the wake took place and where the funeral will be held this Saturday, Daniela Costa’s life partner makes a last wish to his followers. “I ask you to send him your best vibrations in the way you see fit.”
