The estimated investment amounts to 22 million euros
The Museum of Fine Arts of Bilbao, will expand its facilities and exhibition service in 5,000 square feet at its current headquarters in the park of Doña Casilda and acquire an auxiliary building of an additional 3,000 square feet.
This extension has been agreed upon today by the members of the Board of trustees of the museum bilbao in their last meeting of the year in which they have approved in the Strategic Plan of the Museum for the next four years, from 2019 to 2022.
The cost of this expansion has been budgeted at 22 million euros, according to an advance today, the president of the board of trustees and the mayor of Bilbao, Juan María Aburto in a statement without the questions in front of the media at the end of the meeting.
