Two participants in a Demonstration in the Frankfurt Paul’s place have been occupied from the point of view of the district court for breach of the Corona-regulation, each with 200 Euro fine. On Wednesday, the court upheld the relevant notices issued against the 28 and 36-year-old women.

The two women had stopped in April of this year, following the rally in a group of five people on the court. The people came from several different households, what was the police on the occasion, the person alien and to initiate a procedure. In court, the women argued that they had complied with the clearance rules, and were subject therefore to wrong with the fines.

According to the court decision, the mere stay in a public place with more than one Person from different house enough to keep, to impose a fine. For this purpose, must not be in breach of, nor against, the distance rule. The decision is not yet final.
