It is going to be a busy — and very important — week for the Eagles. 

The 2017 NFL Combine gets underway on Tuesday, the start of one of the biggest weeks on the NFL calendar. 

From the workouts, to the interviews, to the press conferences and more, the Combine is a place where draft boards get set and trades get made. 

Here are the key dates — and players — Eagles’ fans need to know for the upcoming week. 

TUESDAY, Feb 28th: There won’t be much for Eagles’ fans to keep track of on Tuesday, as the players will be starting to arrive, but none will be working out. The running backs, offensive linemen and specialists will the players arriving on Tuesday. 

WEDNESDAY, March 1: Top personnel executive Howie Roseman and head coach Doug Pederson will be meeting with the media on Wednesday. There are plenty of questions of both, including what they plan to do with key veterans like Jason Kelce and Connor Barwin, as well as what strengths and weaknesses they see in this year’s draft class. 

The quarterbacks and wide receivers arrive to the Combine.

THURSDAY, March 2: Running backs and offensive linemen meet with the media. The wide receivers will be measured on Thursday, a big day as teams find out whether players are as big as they thought, or looked on tape, or whether they might be too small for their draft board. 

FRIDAY, March 3: The running backs take the field for workouts. Offensive linemen as well. Wide receivers, quarterbacks and tight ends meet with the media. 

Key players for Eagles fans to be watching Friday? Florida State running back Dalvin Cook, Stanford’s Christian McCaffery, Texas’ Donta Foreman and Wisconsin’s Corey Clement. 

SATURDAY, March 4: The wide receivers, quarterbacks and tight ends take the field for workouts. Defensive linemen and linebackers meet with the media. 

What Eagles need to accomplish at NFL Combine

Key players for Eagles fans to be watching Saturday? There are plenty, as the receiver is one of the top needs for the Eagles this offseason. The main ones, however, are Clemson’s Mike Williams, Western Michigan’s Corey Davis, Washington’s John Ross, Oklahoma’s Dede Westbrook and Texas A&M’s Josh Reynolds. 

SUNDAY, March 5: Defensive linemen and linebackers take the field for workouts. Defensive backs meet with the media. 

Key players for Eagles fans to be watching Sunday? Temple’s outside linebacker Hasson Reddick, Tennessee’s defensive end Derek Barnett and Kansas State’s Jordan Willis. 

MONDAY, March 6: Defensive backs take the field for workouts. 

Key players for Eagles fans to be watching Sunday? Florida’s Teez Tabor, Alabama’s Marlon Humphrey, Washington’s Sidney Jones, Clemson’s Cordrea Tankersley and Florida’s Quincy Wilson.
