Bad Gottleuba-Berggiesshübel (dpa/sn) – A woman was injured in a fire in a family home in Bad Gottleuba-Berggiesshübel (district of Saxon Switzerland-Eastern Ore Mountains). The 62-year-old suffered smoke inhalation, police said on Friday morning. She was taken to a hospital after Thursday’s incident. An extension of the house was badly damaged in the fire and is said to be uninhabitable for the time being. The cause of the fire and the extent of the damage were initially unknown.
