Schwerin/Kiel (dpa/mv) – The North Regional Directorate of the Federal Employment Agency will publish the labor market report for October on Wednesday (10 a.m.). In the previous month, the unemployment figures fell noticeably in the course of the autumn revival in the north-east. In Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, 59,000 people were registered as unemployed. That was 2,400 fewer than in August, but 2,800 more than in September last year. The unemployment rate was 7.3 percent.
