Leipzig (dpa / sn) – The city of Leipzig wants to award the young jazz talent prize again this year. The application documents must be submitted to the cultural office by March 31, 2021, as the city announced on Monday. Musicians and ensembles who are active in the field of jazz and who are expected to show particular artistic development can apply for the award. Applicants must not be older than 30 by the end of December and must live in Leipzig or in the districts of North Saxony or Leipzig. The prize money is 6500 euros.
