Mannheim (dpa / lsw) – A dead man was found on a green area not far from Mannheim’s Neckar bank. Because the body of the 37-year-old had injuries, the police and prosecutors are investigating, according to a joint statement on Wednesday, on suspicion of a homicide. According to the findings of the autopsy carried out at the beginning of the week, blunt force trauma could have caused the man’s death. For tactical reasons, a police spokeswoman initially did not want to say who discovered the body on Saturday. The police initially did not comment on possible backgrounds.
