Karlsruhe (dpa / lsw) – Second division soccer team Karlsruher SC pays tribute to its deceased former vice president Ullrich Heynig. The wearer of the gold ring of honor died on November 19 at the age of 87, the club announced on Monday. Heynig had taken on various tasks at KSC. Between 1986 and 2000 he was Vice President and was a member of the Honorary Council until October 2022. “With Ullrich Heynig, KSC loses a person whose heart always beat for KSC,” the statement said.
