Peißenberg (dpa / lby) – A 37-year-old attacked his 32-year-old wife with a knife in Peißenberg, Upper Bavaria (Weilheim-Schongau district) and seriously injured her. The man was arrested on Sunday evening in the shared apartment after a neighbor had alerted the rescue services, as the police headquarters in Upper Bavaria South announced on Tuesday. The woman was taken to a hospital. The suspect is in custody on charges of attempted murder.
