Erlangen (dpa / lby) – In the case of a series of burglaries in Central Franconia, two suspects were arrested. The 37-year-old man and his 45-year-old partner were arrested in the shared apartment in Forchheim, where the police confiscated tools and numerous stolen goods, including a car worth around 40,000 euros. As the police also announced on Thursday, the two are accused of eight burglaries in the area of ??Central and Upper Franconia. In some burglaries, the homeowners were on vacation at the time of the crime. The value of the total loot is estimated at a mid-five-digit amount.
