Redwitz an der Rodach (dpa / lby) – A man probably collapsed due to heat and dehydration in Upper Franconia. Passers-by discovered the 43-year-old lying on the ground on Friday, the police said on Saturday. When the rescue service arrived near Redwitz an der Rodach (Lichtenfels district), the man was barely responsive and had severe cramps. The paramedics suspected that he had fallen due to the high temperatures and dehydration. They drove him to the hospital on suspicion of traumatic brain injury.
