Wiesbaden (dpa/lhe) – Science Minister Angela Dorn wants to campaign in duo with Economics Minister Tarek Al-Wazir for the Hessian Greens in the 2023 state election campaign. The 40-year-old announced on her social media channels on Friday that she would apply for the top female spot. Dorn had already been her party’s top candidate for the 2013 state elections – also alongside Al-Wazir.
According to a spokesman, the list party conference of the Hessian Greens is planned for the beginning of next year. Hesse’s Deputy Prime Minister Al-Wazir had declared his willingness to run for the post of Prime Minister this summer.
