The other woman was also detained in Ohio a week to get an April Fools’ text claiming there was an active shot her job
A Kansas lady was detained a week after she phoned her daughter to say she had been shot at what was presumed to become a April Fools’ joke.
Authorities arrived, enclosing the Wichita house and blocking off neighboring roads. Officers with guns drawn subsequently broke down the door when nobody responded, Hunt explained. The house has been vacant.
She had been arrested Thursday on suspicion of request for emergency support assistance, authorities said.
“April Fools’ could be quite a great, humorous little joke in certain situations” but as it causes a police reaction”it is not funny anymore,” Hunt explained.
Another girl was detained in Ohio a week when she tickles her daughter as an April Fools’ joke an active shooter was in the plant where she worked.
