Schwerin (dpa / mv) – In Schwerin, a young man without a driver’s license secretly drove away in his father’s car, triggering a police operation. As a police spokesman said on Tuesday, the 43-year-old vehicle owner reported his car stolen on Friday and alerted the officials. The police drove to the alleged crime scene in the Görries district, took up the case and wanted to go back – just as the 20-year-old son came back in his father’s car. According to the police, the 20-year-old was probably on drugs and did not have a driver’s license. The young man had to accompany officials to a clinic for a blood test.
