Laage (dpa / mv) – When a school bus brakes hard because of a right-of-way error, five children riding in Laage (Rostock district) were slightly injured. A 78-year-old driver gave way to the bus at an intersection early Friday afternoon, the police said. Several children fell in the bus, which was occupied by around 80 students. As a precaution, a rescue helicopter and six ambulances were added. The slightly injured children between the ages of nine and twelve were reportedly able to be picked up by their parents after treatment in the ambulance.
