Disguised as a girl, with a school uniform and a wig with braids. This is how Walter César Solís Calero, 42, was arrested on Wednesday in the bathrooms of a girls’ school in the town of Huancayo, in the Junin region of Peru.
It was the deputy director of the Santa Rosa de América center who, according to the local media, noticed his appearance when ordering him, thinking he was a girl, to go to class. Her behavior makes her fear that she was waiting for the input of a student to record or attack her.
A review of the access cameras shows how the man entered the school premises, wearing his uniform, wig, hat and head down. After notifying the Police, Walter César Solís Calero was taken to the El Tambo district police station, where on Thursday the parents of the students remained concentrated demanding more security and justice for fear that he would be released. Some tried to hit him during one of the transfers in police custody.
According to the Huanca York Times, Solis Calero, for whom there is no police record, calls herself Thalía Solís on social networks and appears as a woman. After a medical examination, she stated, according to the aforementioned media, that she had only come to take some pictures of herself as a student for her TikTok account.
“I have nothing to regret, I did nothing. I just wanted to take a picture,” were his words. It is clear that she had a mobile phone in her backpack. The first data suggests that the agents investigating the case have found photographs of him in the uniform of other educational institutions on the device.
The Huancayo Violence Against Women Prosecutor’s Office reported Thursday that it has opened a preliminary investigation against him for an alleged crime against sexual freedom-touching, acts of sexual or libidinous connotation (attempted), with the aggravating circumstance of having done so. Tried with minors from a school.
