Leipzig (dpa/sn) – A lottery player from Saxony won around 2.5 million euros in the classic “6 out of 49”. The hitherto unknown winner bet on the correct six digits in the draw on Saturday, as Sachsen Lotto announced on Monday. According to the information, the winner of a total of 2,472,227 euros handed in his lottery ticket on Friday at a collection point in Leipzig with twelve picks. The prize has been available for collection from the Sachsenlotto headquarters in Leipzig since Monday.
