Erfurt (dpa/th) – The Thuringian Ministry of Consumer Protection has activated a website with information on current energy prices. The website is constantly being expanded, the ministry announced on Tuesday. According to the information, consumers who are heavily burdened by the high energy prices will find initial tips and overviews of external websites with important information there.
The Internet service became necessary after the energy market got into difficulties as a result of the Russian war of aggression against Ukraine and the prices for electricity and gas rose enormously. The site bundles information from the associations, clubs and ministries involved in the “Energy Poverty” round table.
